1. Courses & Training Programs
All course enrolments are non-refundable once access is provided.
Course access is granted immediately upon successful payment.
No refunds will be issued for partial completion or non-usage of the course.
Transfer of course access to another person is not permitted.
In case of duplicate payments or technical errors, the excess amount will be reviewed and refunded after verification.
2. Digital Products (PDFs, Patterns, Recordings)
All digital products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Once downloaded or accessed, the purchase is considered final.
We do not accept returns or cancellations for digital goods.
3. Boutique & Garment Orders
Customized or made-to-order garments cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has begun.
Ready-made products may be eligible for exchange only in case of manufacturing defects, subject to inspection.
Requests for exchange must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
Slight variations in colour, fabric texture, or measurements are not considered defects.
Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
4. Digital Marketing & Consulting Services
Service fees paid for digital marketing, consulting, or strategy services are non-refundable once the service has commenced.
If cancellation is requested before service commencement, it may be considered at our discretion based on the scope and resources allocated.
No guarantees are provided regarding specific business results, leads, or revenue.
5. Event, Workshop & Offline Programs (If Applicable)
Registration fees for workshops, events, or offline programs are non-refundable.
In case an event is cancelled by Curves Designer Academy, a full refund or credit option may be offered.
6. Payment Processing & GST
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR), unless stated otherwise.
Applicable GST is charged as per Government of India norms.
GST once paid cannot be refunded, except in cases of duplicate payment or legal requirement.
7. Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7β10 working days.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method only.
8. Policy Updates
