General Conditions of Sale – Curves Designer Academy (CDA)

Article 1: Scope of Application

These general conditions of sale apply to all transactions made through Curves Designer Academy’s official website(s), social platforms, and authorized sales channels. A “client” is defined as any individual or entity that places an order with CDA through online or offline means, including payments via Razorpay, UPI, direct transfer, or cash.

Article 1a: Age Limit

CDA accepts clients who are:

• 16 years or older for physical/digital products (E-Books, tools, etc.).

• 18 years or older for live training, workshops, or courses.

Any violation of this policy will result in cancellation, refund (if applicable), and access termination. This ensures a mature, responsible learning environment.

Article 2: Order

All orders placed with CDA—whether via website, WhatsApp catalog, or in person—constitute full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Article 3: Price

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR), inclusive of applicable GST. Prices may change at any time, but the price applicable will be the one at the time of your order confirmation.

Article 4: Payment

Full payment is required upfront at the time of registration or purchase. Accepted methods:

• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm)

• Razorpay (debit/credit cards, net banking)

• Bank transfers or cash (offline clients only)

Installments or EMI are not available, Payment security is handled by the payment gateway provider (e.g., Razorpay) and not CDA.

Article 5: Delivery

• E-books & Online Courses: Access is shared via email, WhatsApp, or LMS link within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.

• Physical Products: Delivery will be made to the shipping address provided. CDA is not responsible for delays due to incomplete or incorrect information.

Please report access issues within 48 hours to be eligible for support.

Article 6: Protection of Personal Data

CDA collects and stores your contact details and order history to serve you better. Your information is never shared or sold.

By purchasing, you consent to receive updates, offers, and learning material via email, WhatsApp, or SMS. You may opt out at any time.

Article 7: Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Indian law. All disputes shall be resolved under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with jurisdiction exclusively in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

All sales made by CDA are final and non-refundable.

Once payment has been made—whether for eBooks, physical goods, online/offline courses, or services—no refunds, cancellations, or transfers will be permitted under any circumstances.
